Riverside Raceway Museum founder Doug Magnon dies

It is with a heavy heart that we have to report that Doug Magnon, founder of the Riverside International Automotive Museum past away today at the age of 55 after a short battle with cancer.

A successful businessman and car collector Doug had one of the most impressive collections of Maseratis in the world, a passion he acquired from his father Ray. The family had a long history in Riverside and Doug was an important part of the family’s restaurant and real estate businesses.

Magnon is survived by his wife Evonne; father Raymond; mother Elaine Taber; sisters Deanna Magnon Wagner, Cheryl Cliff and Patti Oldham; and brother Ryan.
