Jack Barclay Bentley, the world’s oldest Bentley dealership, was the venue for the launch of a new The Science of Supercars book by Martin Roach, Neil Waterman and John Morrison.

Attended by the likes of ex-Formula One racing driver, David Coulthard, and Red Bull Racing Chief Technical Officer, Adrian Newey, the star-studded event was held on the lower floor of the historic showroom, recently subject to a multi-million-pound renovation.

Jack Barclay Bentley – the UK’s largest and oldest Bentley dealership – retains many of its key original features, including the iconic chequered floor, wood-paneling and art deco signage.

The Science of Supercars explores the technology that drives the world’s most incredible performance cars, with interviews and illustrations from some of the industry’s most revered experts.

Jack Barclay Bentley had some of its very own supercars on display, including the all-new 626bhp Continental GT W12 and one of Bentley’s earliest supercars, the Bentley 4 ½ Litre.
