Fast N’ Loud Ferrari F40 Sells for $740k

The previously wrecked Ferrari F40 from TV’s Fast & Loud crossed the block at Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale for $742,500. The  car was originally red, the before being involved in an accident was wrecked by a mechanic on a joyride in 2011. The damage to the frame meant it was deemed unrepairable by all but the team at Gas Monkey Garage. So after allegedly paying $400,000 for the pile of a car, it was stripped down to chassis and rebuilt. Ferrari purist were horrified by the modifications included a black paint job, custom headlamps, wheels, and some upgrades to the turbos and exhaust that bumped the car up to 550 hp, from 471 hp.
