With COVID-19 keeping a lot of people at home, there is little excuse to not be in the garage and working on that long-forgotten project car. While many companies have completely shut down, here are five of my favorite classic car parts companies that are still shipping restoration and performance parts for your project car.

National Parts Depot

National Parts Depot is your one-stop place to shop for classic American Cars and Trucks. With catalogs for Mustang, Camaro, Firebird, GTO, Thunderbird, Chevelle, El Camino, Bronco, Cougar, Ford Truck, and Chevrolet Truck. With multiple warehouses across the country, NPD can get the right part to you fast.

Corvette Central

The team at Corvette Central are some of the best in the business, and while they are working with a limited staff they are still shipping orders. For 1953-2020 Corvettes they are my go-to stocking restoration and performance parts and staffed by a knowledgeable team of enthusiasts who can help guide you to the right parts and accessories.

Vick Auto Sport

If you have owned as many Italian cars as me, you must have shopped with Vick Auto Sport. One of the few specialists in the US who stocks restoration and performance parts for classic Fiat, Lancia, and Alfa Romeos. I personally wouldn’t have been able to keep any of my classic Italians on the road without Vick.

Rock Auto

No matter what you drive Rock Auto is like having an auto parts store at your fingertips, while they won’t carry the restoration or specialty parts for rare classics, they have everything for your daily driver. From air filters and replacement headlamps to body panels and brake parts, Rock Auto has a massive selection and their prices are hard to beat.
