Christini AWD has launched a new line of All-Wheel Drive e-bicycles utilizing the same technology that has been used by off-road riders for years, but for the first time adding a high power electric-assist mid-drive motor. The AWD bicycle provides stability and performance that the company claims no single wheel drive e-bike can offer.

The bikes are offered in a 27.5” hardtail and various FAT tired models, electric-assist mountain bicycles have become one of the fastest-growing e-bike segments. The Bafang 1500W motor with torque-sensing pedal-assist abilities starts at under $5,600. The mid-mounted motor allows the bike to retain its balance, and offer a true mountain bike experience, without the burden of heavy hub motors found on other 2WD e-bikes.

Christini has been the leader in 2-wheel drive bicycles and motorcycles for over twenty years. The company currently manufactures AWD motorcycles and supplies the U.S. and International military special forces and the U.S. Airforce and Border Patrol.  Christini AWD motorcycles have also been chosen by several winning, professional riders of extreme motorcycling events like Erzberg and King of the Hammers.
