Being someone who writes about men’s products online and having a beard means I get a lot of companies sending me beard oils, beard waxes, beard washes, etc.. but with more and more men embracing their beards. Since about 2013, the beard has been back in fashion and companies have been popping up with all kinds of products for beard grooming. Few of these products stand out and make it on the site unless I really like it.
Scruffy Jack’s made the cut, having been using their products for the last few weeks I have to say the quality is excellent and the fragrances are very good. Personally, I liked the Tobacco/Bay Leaf scent and was impressed with how well it lasted throughout the day even here in the heat and humidity of Texas. They currently offer just the two scents in wax or oil, the Tobacco/Bay Leaf has a subtle masculine scent, while the Bergamot/Grapefruit has a light summery scent with a hint of citrus.
With all of their products priced at under $20, they have really hit the perfect balance of quality and price. Plus for every sale, 5% goes to environmental charities supporting conservation efforts around the world.
