Hammerli has announced the TAC R1 22 C, the first product in their defense line. It offers the best precision, quality, and value of any .22 LR, AR-style rifle on the market. It features a 13” free-float M-LOK handguard, folding back-up sights, removable flash hider with 1/2×28 threads, minimalist adjustable stock with QD sling point and ergonomic grip.

The TAC R1 C also features an all-aluminum construction of the handguard, upper and lower receivers along with a closed trigger guard. The 1/2×28 pre-installed thread adapter allows for the immediate use of a suppressor, right out-of-the-box. The TAC R1 22 C also features an adjustable gas system that allows the user to tune the rifle to various loads of ammo by only adjusting one screw. This is ideal for tuning for suppressed use and sub-sonic loads.

“We are very excited to release this rifle. With Hammerli’s history and culture of making superior rifle products, the TAC R1 22 C combined all the features that customers want in a quality 22 rifle, at an extremely competitive price. The TAC R1 22 C is set to be the benchmark in the tactical .22 LR rifle market.” said Cody Osborn, Marketing Manager, Hammerli Arms, Inc.

The Hammerli Tac R1 C will begin shipping May 1st with a list price of $349.00.
