Detroit Electric Delays Release 1 Month

Electric Car hopeful, Detroit Electric, is having to delay the launch of the SP:01, according to a report in The Detroit News. The problem according to the Detroit based car company is the issue of securing a manufacturing facility.


Detroit Electric is hoping to around a thousand of the $135,000 electric sports cars, before expanding their offering to include sedan and hatchback models,those will be based on Chinese cars from Geely .
