Circut of the Americas was busy this past weekend with the Sports Car Vintage Racing Association taking on the home of Formula 1 in the USA. Drives from across the country gathered for three days of racing, including a Datsun Feature Race and Enduro. In the Datsun Feature Jeff Winter of Westminster, Colorado took first place in his 1975 Datsun 280Z. The one-hour endurance race was won overall by Bruce Hamilton and Toni Kasmets in a Dallara Infinity. As with most classic events, the spectator crowd was light but enthusiastic and under the current cloud of COVID-19, it wasn’t a bad turnout.
