Neiman Marcus Spreads Holiday Magic With New-For-2020 Personalized Gifting Services

by Michael Satterfield

Neiman Marcus, one of our favorite retailers, is offering several new services for customers dealing with the stress of holiday shopping during this unprecedented year. Including exclusive virtual and in-store gifting services that still allow customers to experience the personal touch while still social distancing. Customers are invited to experience virtual styling and digital concierge services, customers simply take a short Gift Advisor quiz and are paired with an expert who can connect via text, email, or over the phone with customized gift suggestions. The quiz can be taken multiple times allowing customers to find the perfect gift for anyone on their list.

It’s just not Christmas without Santa Claus and Neiman Marcus is keeping the holiday tradition alive with both virtual and curbside Stana experiences. Customers can book a one-on-one Virtual Santa Visit for a personal video call with the big guy himself. Starting November 27, customers can book an appointment to receive a video of the virtual visit along with a keepsake ornament to treasure the memory. Customers are encouraged to make a donation to the Boys & Girls Clubs of America as part of this experience.

If you just need to see Santa in person, every Saturday, from Black Friday until Christmas, Santa himself will hand-deliver all curbside pickup orders at your local Nieman Marcus location. If you do need to go in and shop, Neiman Marcus stores will offer a Holiday Gifting Lounge which features curated selections of merchandise for quick shopping experiences with associates. My wife and I just visited our local Neiman Marcus earlier this week and found that the staff and shopping experience was, as always, excellent, but also that their cleaning and safety protocols made us feel at ease while we were in the store.

Head over and take a Gift or Style Advisor quiz at neimanmarcus.com and while you are there you can order any of the books from Assouline publishing for me.
