Land Rover has partnered with Bamford London to release a limited-edition watch, the LR001. Just 100 watches are available worldwide and they are likely to sell out fast. The design of the watch is inspired by the Land Rover Defender and features a 40mm titanium case and a premium Swiss Sellita SW200-1b automatic movement, and a unique case that doesn’t have traditional lugs. The only option for buyers is their choice of an 18mm strap in black, navy, light tan, or dark tan. Straps are made of recycled nylon or PU leather.

The case is made of gray titanium, with a gray cut-away dial that highlights its technical precision. Underneath the cutaway dial is the hidden luminescence, emitting a subtle green hue for low-light use. It features subtle ‘LR001’ text in Bamford’s signature aqua blue at six o’clock on the dial.

“I am proud and excited to reveal this collaboration inspired by one of the world’s most iconic vehicles, the Defender. The gray dial on a fixed lug, gray titanium case is the first iteration of the LR001,” said George Bamford, Founder & CEO, Bamford London. “I have a long-standing relationship with Land Rover and I am honored to work with the design team as we unveil our first watch.”
