Most of us will never slide behind the wheel of a Ferrari Daytona SP3, but anyone can pick up this SP3 from Lego Technic. Bosting 3,778 pieces, the new SP3 joins the other supercars in the Lego Technic Ultimate Car Concept series of 1:8 scale models.
Like all Lego Technic kits, this one features incredible detail and functional butterfly doors, and even the paddle shifter-actuated eight-speed sequential gearbox and a V12 with moving pistons are there. At over 23 inches long this model is sure to stand out on your shelf or coffee table.
“Thanks to this outstanding recreation with LEGO elements, Ferrari and LEGO fans can now build this car piece-by-piece and feel like they are participants in the assembly process, with the opportunity to display the final model in their own homes, where they will be able to appreciate its beauty,” said head Ferrari designer Flavio Manzoni.
