Inside Mark Stidham's LuLaRich Motorsports Retreat at Spring Mountain

If you have watched the documentary LuLaRich it is obvious that DeAnne and Mark Stidham have an appreciation for the finer things in life. Something that stood out to me was Mark’s passion for cars, only later did I make the connection that I had recently been at a party at Mark Stidham’s Koenigsegg-themed motorsport retreat at Spring Mountian Raceway just outside of Parhump, Nevada. Mark wasn’t hosting the event, but the house is the ultimate car-themed man cave.

The home is massive, with room for 18 guests, an oversized living room, a top-tier kitchen, and as an added bonus it is the only home with direct garage access to the race track. According to Zillow, the home is 11,290 square feet and worth around $2 million dollars or about as much as the Koenigsegg Agera RS.

Speaking of the RS, the home is decorated with large-scale images of Mark’s beloved Koenigsegg, a vintage Ducati motorcycle, and a pool table in the same shade of red round out the more interesting décor. But when you are raking in money selling “buttery soft leggings” you can afford a track home like this and the cars to fill it.

This place is obviously special to Mark, the highway that runs in front of Spring Mountian is the same road that was used by Stidham and Koenigsegg for their land speed record run back in 2017. The car that would be used to set the record? Stedham’s dark red Koenigsegg Agera RS, but Mark wouldn’t be behind the wheel, instead Niklas Lilja, Koenigsegg’s factory driver and the man that would take the Agera RS to over 277 mph on a 12 mile stretch of Nevada highway.

From the roof deck, you can see Highway 160 as it stretches off into the desert, plus Spring Mountian will soon be home to the longest race track in the world, making it the ultimate home for a car guy.

At first glance, Kate Cook’s artwork might seem like a paradox—a seamless blend of classic oil painting techniques with the high-octane world of automotive enamels. Her signature approach, which she calls "Artemotiv," merges the meticulous craftsmanship of fine art with the raw energy of hot rods and muscle cars. But spend a few minutes with Cook, and the paradox resolves itself into something more profound: an artist who has not only found her lane but paved it herself.
