TGR Staff – 09/13/2021

Back in February, Leica released a limited-edition collaborative Q2 camera with Daniel Craig and the British Academy of Film and Television Arts’ official photographer Greg Williams. The German camera company has now just released a limited edition camera to celebrate the release of the latest Bond film, No Time to Die.

The “007 Edition” Q2 features an all-black construction with a dark, ocean green leather body wrap. The camera features a “007” logo on the deck cap and the Bond gun barrel emblem is etched on the camera’s lens cap. Each camera will receive individual numbering as well as a matched case designed by Globe-Trotter.

Coinciding with the camera release, Leica will also be hosting an exhibition at its London gallery, “No Time to Die – Behind the Scenes”. The exhibit will feature an exclusive display of behind-the-scenes photos of the upcoming film shot with Leica cameras by Craig and Williams as well as producer Michael G. Wilson and photographer Nicola Dove.
