Since the start of 2020, I have been more focused on my health and fitness. Recently I’ve been working out from home and bicycling more, shopping at the local farmer’s market, and adding dietary supplements to my daily routine.

Even with the best meal plans, getting your daily allotment of vitamins and minerals can be difficult. According to the USDA Agricultural Research Service, 7 out of 10 people are not getting enough magnesium through their diet alone.1  The recommended amount of Magnesium for adults is 420 milligrams a day. To get that much magnesium through diet alone you would need to eat up to seven medium-sized avocados, 18 ounces of mackerel, or 13 bananas a day.†

Since I am bicycling up to 30 miles at a time, making sure that I am doing all I can to support proper muscle function* and cardiovascular health* is important to me. That is why I have added SlowMag Mg Muscle + Heart to my daily routine, since eating big bowls of guacamole isn’t really in my diet plan. SlowMag Mg is made with magnesium chloride, a highly bioavailable form of magnesium for increased absorption, and is formulated to be slow to digest and gentle on the stomach. The best part is I can get SlowMag online or in-store at Walmart, Walgreens, and Rite Aid.

Making sure you are getting your vitamins and minerals is a great start towards a healthier lifestyle, and that’s why I’ve added SlowMag Mg Muscle + Heart to my daily routine.
