Genesis has unveiled renderings of the all-new G80 which will debut later this month in Korea. The G80 brings the new design language first seen on the GV80 SUV, including the Crest Grille and double-lined Quadlamps inspired by the Genesis logo. Details are scarce, but Genesis says that the new car features an all-new platform, new powertrains, and high-tech systems.

The Genesis design DNA begins from the logo itself, the crest of the logo becomes the Crest Grille and the two lines of the wings become the Quadlamps. In other words, the design starts with the brand, and design is the brand.

Genesis impressed everyone with the new GV80 and this new G80 is sure to shake up the midsize luxury car world, as the price is rumored to start at under $50K. More to come once the official unveil happens in Korea later this month.
