Classic Recreations has released its latest continuation car, a perfect replica of the John Wick Mustang, the 1969 Ford Mach 1 made famous by Keanu Reeves in the film. The grey and black Mustang isn’t just a nice restoration of an American classic, this 1,000 hp beast is built from the ground up with a client’s original car, or a brand new body that is licensed by Ford Motor Company.

Powering The John Wick Mustang

Under the hood, buyers can spec out a twin-turbo 5.0-liter Coyote V8 with up-to 1,000 hp. To help put that power to the ground the cars get customized performance suspension, additional supports to stiffen the chassis and a performance rearend. Customers can select from a Tremec manual transmission or a modern AOD automatic.

In the John Wick series, the Mustang is often mistaken for a 1969 Boss 429 due to its aggressive styling and presence. However, the filmmakers used modified Mach 1 models, making them resemble the rarer Boss 429 without risking the integrity of such a limited-production vehicle. The movie cars were equipped with distinctive features like a non-functional hood scoop, hood pins, front chin and rear spoilers, and Magnum 500 wheels. Inside, the high-back seats and Shelby-style wood steering wheel added to the car’s bold personality.

Priced at $169,000, the “Hitman” Mach 1 can be ordered by contacting Classic Recreations at 877-235-3266 or by visiting Classic-Recreations.com

At first glance, Kate Cook’s artwork might seem like a paradox—a seamless blend of classic oil painting techniques with the high-octane world of automotive enamels. Her signature approach, which she calls "Artemotiv," merges the meticulous craftsmanship of fine art with the raw energy of hot rods and muscle cars. But spend a few minutes with Cook, and the paradox resolves itself into something more profound: an artist who has not only found her lane but paved it herself.
