As someone who is on the road a lot and an iPhone X user, wireless headphones are must-have travel item. So when BestBuy reached out to see if I would be interested in testing the new Skullcandy Push truly wireless headphones I was excited to check them out.

Included in the package are a pair of  Push Truly Wireless Earbuds, Charging Case, USB-C Charging Cable, a user guide, and warranty guide. The color shown is called Psychotropic Teal, they are also offered in Grey Day, Empowered Pink, and Indigo, with other limited edition colors to be released throughout the year.

They came partially charged, so popped them into the charging box and let them get up to full charge. The charging station is itself a battery pack which can recharge the headphones fully one additional time, which is how Skullcandy makes the claim of up to 12 hours of battery life. 6-hours in the headphones and the 6-hours in the case, when you aren’t using your headphones dropping them into the case automatically turns them off and starts recharging them, which is convenient. LED lights on the front of the case indicate how much power is left in the battery pack.

The Secure FitFin™ Gels make the earbuds comfortable and adjust to fit nearly any ear without having to change our rubber inserts like many of the other earbuds I have tested. The secure comfortable fit and the light weight of the earbuds meant I could wear them for hours on end without having to constantly adjust them. Plugging in the case overnight and the next day the case and headphones are both fully charged giving me another 12-hours

The sound quality is excellent and you can tell they were designed by audiophiles, the Bluetooth pairing was simple and the call quality was also excellent with no issues hearing or being heard in the conversations I had while using the earbuds. The water-resistant design also means they can stand up to the weather or sweating at the gym.

I also was impressed by the Skullcandy “Fearless Use Promise” where they will repair or replace your damaged products if you send it back to them and only charge you for the parts required to fix it, which is great for lost or damaged equipment that wouldn’t fall under the factory warranty.
