For the most part, men’s resort wear is cheap and obnoxious, there is nothing worse than trying to find something fun and casual only to be disappointed in the quality and fit. A lot of guys have a few old Hawaiian shirts from their first trip to the big island that they have been dragging out on vacation for years, or they simply stop in at Walmart or Target to pick up whatever is on the rack knowing it will only be used for that one trip. But Kenny Flowers set out to reinvent the resort button up now guys have a fresh take on the classic vacation shirt.

On my recent trip to Los Cabos, nothing I wore garnered more compliments than the bold prints by Kenny Flowers. The shirts can be dressed down with a pair of shorts and some sandals for a day by the pool, or add a sport coat and some chinos for dinner on the beach, no matter how I wore them they were always conversation starters. The high-quality shirts are made in Bali Indonesia in limited runs, the 100% Rayon construction makes them soft and comfortable, which is what you want when you are on vacation. Also, you can order a regular or slim fit depending on your build giving the shirts a much more tailored appearance.

Kenny Flowers also has an awesome line of fun swim trunks, which are equally well made and thoughtfully designed, with functional pockets, comfortable lining, and fun bold prints. They are comfortable enough to wear for a day trip to the downtown Los Cabos and then straight to the pool, just remember to empty your pockets before jumping in.

The Mane Attraction: $79

The Coconut Coasters: $79
