Browsing Craigslist in Central Texas turns up some interesting finds like his custom two-door 1957 (listed as a 56) Ford Fairlane custom, powered by a 289 Ford Small Block with an automatic the car would be a fun project to rebuild or just run around in as a rat rod.

The owner didn’t know much about the history but for $1,300 it could make for a cool period custom. To sweeten the deal the owner is throwing in a 1989 Ford Mustang convertible project car.

I did a quick photoshop of a 57 Fairlane shortened similarly to this project.
