If you happen to be in Canada house hunting, you should consider buying eastern Canada’s oldest active motorsports venue, Speedway Miramichi. Which can be yours for the bargain price of less than $200,000 US Dollars. Since 1968 the track has been home to NASCAR style racing in New Brunswick.

The property includes 36 acres, a paved oval track with seating for 3,500 fans, tech building, ticket booth, restrooms, announcer booth, and a lot more. While many would like to see the track remain a track it seems from the listing that there are little restrictions on what you could do with the property. Check out the full listing here and visit speedwaymiramichi2016.com for more history on the track.
