Arthur Schening is a graphic designer, illustrator, and one of my favorite automotive artists has recently released a new series of prints. I personally have a DBR1 print from Arthur framed in my office. Arthur’s work captures the classic styling cues of these amazing cars with a modern edge.
His latest series features vintage racing cars including the 1964 Cobra 289 Roadster, driven for the Shelby American Team by Dan Gurney and Bob Johnson, at the 1964 12 Hours of Sebring. The class winning 1967 Porsche 910, entered and driven by French privateer Christian Poirot and Pierre Maublanc, from the 1969 24 Hours of Le Mans. I have also uploaded a new illustration of the Toad Hall Racing Porsche 911 S/T driven by Jürgen Barth and Michael Keyser from the 1972 1000km Nürburgring. And the last new illustration added is of a 1961 Aston Martin DB4GT Zagato (‘2 VEV’).
Prices start at $35.00 for an unframed print, with a current special of buy one print get a second for just $15.00. Limited Edition prints sell for just $95.00 and would make a special gift.

At first glance, Kate Cook’s artwork might seem like a paradox—a seamless blend of classic oil painting techniques with the high-octane world of automotive enamels. Her signature approach, which she calls "Artemotiv," merges the meticulous craftsmanship of fine art with the raw energy of hot rods and muscle cars. But spend a few minutes with Cook, and the paradox resolves itself into something more profound: an artist who has not only found her lane but paved it herself.
