Field of Dreams

Crisscrossing the country by car means I often run across some unique finds, from an old roadside attraction to a long-forgotten collection of cars. While exploring the backcountry roads around my new hometown in Texas I discovered this field of classic cars, mostly from the ’50s and ’60s. No one was home, so I took my photos from the side of the road but reaching out to some locals in town I was told that the collection is well known in the community as is the owner’s stubborn belief that the cars are all worth far more than they are, so for years sit, slowly rusting into the ground.

Enjoy the photo of the car below, how many of these classics can you name? Also, leave a comment on which one you would want to save.
