Popular peer to peer car sharing app Turo has launched a new feature allowing renters of the popular service to add something a little extra to enhance their experience. Turo which has been described as the AirBnB of cars owners to rent cars out to travelers without the hassle of a traditional rental car agency. Turo also gives renters a larger selection of vehicles than what is available at the local airport including access to exotic cars. Now with Turo Extras hosts can offer fun and useful items that go well beyond the basic use of the passenger car, sports car, luxury automobile, truck or 4×4 they are supplying.

It gives renters the chance to get an “action ready” set up – like a Jeep with a tent and camping gear, a convertible with a surfboard, or an SUV with a Mountain Bike. Turo Extras also allows the renter to request things like child seats, prepaid fueling, unlimited mileage, cleaning service, and more.

But spend a few minutes with Cook, and the paradox resolves itself into something more profound: an artist who has not only found her lane but paved it herself.
