Pictorial: A day at the Races

I was invited out by Auto Club Speedway for the Auto Club 400 and thanks to my special pass I was able to get some pretty great behind-the-scenes images that you just can’t experience from the grandstands. They let me bring my dad along as well, a lifelong NASCAR fan who was excited to experience the race from a new perspective. Auto Club Speedway is the only track comparable to Daytona or Talladega west of the Rockies being a 2-mile banked oval, so it’s the only chance for West Coast Fans to see cars performing at the higher speeds a 2-mile track allows.

Below are some pictures from my day at the races. For more visit AutoClubSpeedway.com
