Janis Joplin Inspired Speedster

You might remember that Janis Joplin’s 356 Cabrio recently sold for $1.76 million (see it HERE) well while cruising around in Pearl’s 356C would be a blast, it’s far to valuable to risk damaging. So at least one fan decided to build their own, well a Speedster version, painted by Los Angeles artist Annie Preece.

The car popped up on L.A. Craigslist and for $60K it seems like a great deal for a car this unique even by L.A. standards. Check out the text from the ad below.
