Orange County Choppers has been hit with a number of major setbacks the last few years, from the end of the TV show, to the bankruptcy and lawsuits, it looks pretty bleak. While it seems the family issues have gotten better, O.C.C. itself never seemed to recover after the show was canceled.

That being said if you wanted a building with a giant sword sticking out of it the company’s HQ in Newburgh, New York is set to be auctioned off on March 9th. According to the listing on Loopnet the 61,305 SF building, sitting on just over 4 acres, includes a retail store, shop space, offices, a restaurant, and even a bowling alley.

If you wanted to do a walk through before you bid you can RSVP to tour it on Thursday, February 25th and Thursday, March 3rd. If you show up any other day you have to pay $7.50 for a shop tour (during peak hours). This listing comes on the heels of a $1.4 million dollar lawsuit by a bankruptcy trustee of the former Orange County Choppers Merchandising against Orange County Choppers and Paul Teutul Sr. You can read about the lawsuit HERE

UPDATE:

O.C.C. released a statement on Facebook stating that are still leasing the space and that they are not planning on moving from the Newburgh location.

At first glance, Kate Cook’s artwork might seem like a paradox—a seamless blend of classic oil painting techniques with the high-octane world of automotive enamels. Her signature approach, which she calls "Artemotiv," merges the meticulous craftsmanship of fine art with the raw energy of hot rods and muscle cars. But spend a few minutes with Cook, and the paradox resolves itself into something more profound: an artist who has not only found her lane but paved it herself.
