An ad for a Futurliner popped up on Craigslist Las Vegas today, a Futurliner is not something you see all that often since there were only 12 built. This one looks like #9 that has been owned by Bob Valdez of Southern California for a number of years. These images are via the ad. Click Here to see the ad or scroll down below.
See the Craigslist listing below:

1939 GM Futurliner, there were only 12 made in the world, there are only a few left today, The last one sold for $4.3 million at the Barrett Jacskon Auction. This is the 1st one to come out that sparked interest to find the others. This one has been custom inside, So it is the only one of it’s kind in the world.

Many have asked why are you selling on Craigslist and not a auction, simple, all auctions will not list with a reserve, I do not want to go thru all the travel and hassles. I put much of my life and cash bringing this beauty to life, it is not about the money but rather a good home for her. I am now at a age where I can not drive her anymore, I’m sad to see her go, but now it’s time for the One of a kind beauty to have a new home and bring happiness to someone else. This beauty has a motor donated by GM I have only put 8k miles on it. She starts right up and is ready to go $600k

At first glance, Kate Cook’s artwork might seem like a paradox—a seamless blend of classic oil painting techniques with the high-octane world of automotive enamels. Her signature approach, which she calls "Artemotiv," merges the meticulous craftsmanship of fine art with the raw energy of hot rods and muscle cars. But spend a few minutes with Cook, and the paradox resolves itself into something more profound: an artist who has not only found her lane but paved it herself.
