Ben Chen Arrested by CHP for Speeding in his Bugatti Veyron

On the way to Monterey car week last week I posted a grainy picture of a Bugatti and the CHP. I just got home and now have better images from my camera.  The car is the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport Pur Blanc Edition that is owned by Los Angeles entrepreneur Benjamin Chen.  I have no idea how fast Mr. Chen was going, or even if he was behind the wheel at the time. A source at the CHP confirmed that Mr. Chen was taken into custody.
