Turn 10 is reporting that their upcoming game, Forza Motorsport 4, is not going to have any Porsche cars as an option. According to Turn 10,  EA Sports is currently the only licensee approved by Porsche for video games and the firm could not come to an agreement with EA. While previous editions of Forza Motorsport featured Porsches in it, apparently EA and Turn 10 could not come to an agreement that would allow Forza the license.

Here is what one of their developers had to say.

This kills me. … We’ve asked our contacts at EA to reconsider their position frequently and regularly over the last 18 months We also reached out to various influential people in gaming to lobby on our behalf, and on your behalf, but that was to no avail.

Turn 10 did not expand on if they would attempt to include Porsche in future games or if they would simply omit the brand from all future development plans.
