The Defender Aerover, starts with a custom Land Rover Defender 130 chassis, outfitted with self-leveling air suspension, and a fresh Td5 2.5-liter five-cylinder turbodiesel that features a remapped ECU, uprated injectors, and a performance clutch. Owners can also opt for a custom drivetrain from a BMW X5 for those looking for a more modern driving experience and an automatic transmission.
The habitation pod is hand-formed aluminum over a lightweight aluminum framework. The bodywork is insulated with spray foam for those cooler nights out on the trail, it features a solar-charged electrical system that powers the climate control, cooktop, and entertainment system.
