Are you a car fan planning on visiting Los Angeles anytime soon? If so, you won’t be short of automotive-related places to visit. As one of the world’s most famous car culture cities, it’s no wonder millions of people travel to Los Angeles.

1. Petersen Automotive Museum

No trip to Los Angeles is complete without visiting the Petersen Automotive Museum, located on Museum Row in the Miracle Mile neighborhood! You’ll come across a whole host of supercars, Hollywood dream machines, motorbikes, electric cars, and more.

There’s also the Forza Motorsport Racing Experience, where you get to try your lock on one of ten racing simulators in an immersive and specially curated experience.


2. Irwindale Speedway

Situated in the heart of the LA basin is Irwindale Speedway. It plays host to numerous drag racing and NASCAR events. If you’re traveling as part of a large group, you could always rent a chalet which includes admission to the facility and grandstand.

There has been some talk of closing the venue down and demolishing it, so it’s worth visiting it as you might not have a chance to do so in the future.


3. The Nethercutt Museum and Collection

And if you’re a railway buff, there’s an extra treat in store for you. On display is a 1937 Canadian Pacific Royal Hudson locomotive along with a matching private car.

5. Warner Bros. Studio Tour
