CreativeCombined was formed from the culmination of personal artwork created by Automotive Designer, Pete Clarke. Pete found his start working for Marcos Sportscars developing the V8 TSO, he then went on to work on the all-electric commercial vehicles being developed by Modec.
After Modec was taken over by US Truck giants; Navistar, Pete shifted focus to the concept vehicle world, involving hypercars, military and commercial vehicles, hydrogen-propelled aircraft and various electric vehicles for Fiat & Volkswagen. He is currently working with a European truck manufacturer on the design & development of a Hydrogen Fuel Cell HGV.
CreativeCombined gives Pete a different outlet from his usual design work, offers the freedom of exploring new subject matter in his own time. The artwork is generated using various media and methods, with original works often starting out life as pencil sketches, developed further with oil & marker, and finally progressed digitally via a Wacom pen tablet, photoshop, and various other digital tools.
This has allowed both traditional and modern design methods to be combined into single pieces of art, utilizing skills developed during his automotive design work. Through CreativeCombined Pete has explored some of the most iconic vehicles from Land Rover, Ferrari, Bugatti, and many more. Prints of Pete's amazing artwork can be purchased on the CreativeCombined site with prices starting at around $30.
