The 24th James Bond film Spectre might be the weakest film in the Daniel Craig series of Bond films, but it is still a Bond film so that means it's still packed with cool guns, gadgets, and gear. Spectre featured some amazing vehicles, including the specialty built for the film Aston Martin DB10, the Jaguar C-X75 concept car, and, of course, the iconic Aston Martin DB5 makes another appearance. But sportscars weren't the only cool rides in Spectre.

In one of the most action-packed scenes in the film, Bond gives chase to a group of Land Rovers in an airplane, resulting in a spectacular crash as James attempts to rescue Madeleine Swann from the clutches of SPECTRE. While the bad guys, of course, end up losing to Bond, their custom Land Rover Defenders really stole the scene.

One of the screen-used Land Rovers is coming up for sale at Silverstone's May 23rd Auction giving Bond fans the rare opportunity to own a vehicle from the series. Number nine of nine built for the film by Bowler. The Defender features 37-inch tires, heavy-duty roll cages, upgraded suspension, and a hydraulic handbrake was installed. This is one of three ‘halo’ cars built to a higher standard for filming close-up shots, while the rest of the trucks were damaged during the stunt work. This particular Spectre Defender was used for drive-by filming only, sustaining no damage, and has been maintained as it was used in the film.
