On October 19-20th, 2019, the 4th edition of the Atlanta Concours d’Elegance will be taking place in downtown Atlanta at the Tyler Perry Studios on the historic Fort McPherson Army Base. The event will include the Magnificent Seven competition within the Concours’ Invitational Cars and Coffee.
Where nearly 180 outstanding vehicles will make their own debuts at this year’s show, another first will be a section featuring the ‘Cars of Iconic Black Americans’ which will include vehicles owned by BB King; Muhammad Ali; Sammy Davis, Jr.; Sam Cooke and Bojangles.
While each car was notable in its day, its iconic owners gave each vehicle extended notoriety for brands including Duesenberg, Ferrari, and Rolls Royce. The vehicles to be displayed will include a 1935 Duesenberg JN Berline; 1963 Ferrari 250 GT Lusso Coupe; along with three distinct Rolls Royces -- 1977 Rolls Royce Camarque; 1977 Rolls Royce Corniche; and 1983 Rolls Royce Silver Shadow.
