Listed by RM Auctions is this one of a kind Aston Martin commissioned by members of the Vanderbilt family and driven by Formula 1 driver Harry Schell. Introduced at the 1956 Turin Auto Show this one-off Aston Martin, is expected to bring up to $2 million at auction later this year. Based on the DB2 it is powered by a 3.0-liter inline six-cylinder engine that’s rated at 140HP. Rediscovered in 1974 after sitting for many years, the DB2/4 Supersonic was fully restored to become a Pebble Beach Concours D’Elegance award-winning car.
