eBay always has something interesting popping up in the motors section, today I stumbled across what the seller claims "looks like to be one of the 12 Fantuzzi Dino Spyders" that has been sitting in a state of stalled restoration since the 1980's. Keen eyes of Ferrari Chat member MiuraP400 spotted the Jaguar E-Type front chassis and Jaguar rear suspension from the cars Craigslist Ad. The body works looks pretty impressive and someone did put a lot of time and money into building their own version of a Fantuzzi Spyder, but this project is far from close to being done and would take a substantial amount of money to get this replica roadworthy.
The seller has the car listed HERE on eBay with 22 bids so far and a current price of $35,000 it is not a bad deal when you consider the cost of having a one off aluminum body made.
